Customer reviews of the Best Western PLUS
Hotel La Fayette

Our room at this BW was very nice and everything we needed was supplied without our asking for anything. The room was well designed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped and designed, and the lighting was perfect in every area of the room (bathroom lights, reading lamps, desk lamp, and so on). But, it was the hotel desk staff, especially Océana, who made our stay at Best Western La Fayette (and in the Epinal area) a wonderful visit. Océana and everyone at the front desk were bright, cheerful, articulate, and helpful in all ways. Océana took care of every one of our needs at the hotel, and went even further by setting up dinner reservations and offering excellent suggestions for sites to visit in Epinal, the Vosges mountains, Nancy, and more. Océana and the other desk staff (I'm sorry I don't know all of their names) made this stay exceptional. The effect is to make us want to come back and visit again. Soon.

Chaque détail est fait pour émerveiller votre œil ! Le SPA est très beau. Du bar, au restaurant et même le petit déjeuner sont excessivement qualitatif. La literie est digne de grand palace et les chambres sont très modernes !
