Our restaurant is open for lunch from 12.00 to 1.30 pm and for dinner from 7.00 to 9.30 pm, from Monday to Sunday lunchtime. Our chef has been awarded the “Maitre Restaurateur” label, and works with fresh seasonal produce whenever possible. We also offer packed lunches on request.
The “voie bleue” (blue path), a cycle route near our hotel running along the banks of the Canal des Vosges, is ideal, especially if you want to cross our hilly region without too much physical effort.
You will have beautiful views of the different landscapes, forests, fields and lakes, as well as the opportunity to discover the region’s listed historical monuments.
