Our environmental commitments

At the Best Western Plus La Fayette we understand the importance of maintaining a harmonious relationship between the economy, ecology, and social responsibility. We are dedicated to making future decisions with a focus on maintaining this balance.

That is why our hotel has implemented a series of measures through which we have earned the Clef Verte label. This label recognises proprietors of tourist accommodation for their proactive approach to environmental management.

These measures cover a number of areas, including:

•     Raising the awareness of our staff and guests (training in eco-actions, preference for local products, etc.)
•     Energy management (interior lighting sensors, LED lighting, etc.)
•     Waste sorting and management (installation of a compost bin, waste sorting, partnerships with Bon ici Bon chez Vous and Too Good to Go, etc.)
•     Biodiversity (placement of insect houses and bird feeders, raising the awareness of employees in this regard, etc.)
•     Employee well-being (all our cleaning products carry an eco-label, tailored diets such as vegetarian or gluten-free, etc.)
•     Local commitment (We are ambassadors for the Vosges region, a member of the Face Vosges Air Anti-Social Exclusion Foundation, we train apprentices and sandwich placement students     every year, we support local associations and sports clubs, we donate old furniture to Emmaüs, and more besides)

Over the years, we have constantly sought to improve our actions and initiate new projects.
